La journaliste @Beltrew tweete : « Meanwhile in parallel universe land #tahrir is a total post-party mess. People still celebrating stuff. » On y entend notamment « Army, police, people : one hand ! »
A suivre.

21 dead, 180 injured acc to health officials. Brotherhood and other witnesses put death toll much higher

Clashes have left at least 92 people dead and hundreds injured in Cairo after security forces attacked supporters of ousted President Morsi, Egypt’s Health Ministry told RT Arabic. However, the Muslim Brotherhood puts the death toll at over 200.
A suivre.
Egypt: ’The injuries were very precise … the snipers were shooting to kill’ | World news | The Observer

At 7am a medic treating the wounded at the site said he saw police shooters target those rescuing the wounded. “Even at that time, people were still dropping like flies,” said Dr Ahmed Said, a volunteer at the Rabaa al-Adawiya field hospital, a clinic set up originally to deal with minor injuries.
Some casualties reported seeing police or army snipers firing on protesters from buildings inside the nearby Al-Azhar University, and medics said the accuracy of the shooting suggested that snipers may have been in action.
“The injuries were very precise – which suggests they were shot by snipers,” said Dr Mohamed Lotfy, in charge of the clinic’s medical supplies. “There were bullet holes in the centre of the forehead and right in the back of the skull. It was not just shooting to injure. They were shooting to kill.”
Egypt: Many Protesters Shot in Head or Chest- ►http://www.hrw.org/news/2013/07/28/egypt-many-protesters-shot-head-or-chest
According to seven witnesses and footage reviewed by Human Rights Watch, the clashes between pro-Morsy supporters and police accompanied by men dressed in civilian clothes began at approximately 11 p.m., as pro-Morsy protesters approached the off ramp of the 6th of October bridge leading to Nasr Road. The site was just a few minutes’ walk from Rabaa mosque, where pro-Morsy supporters have been staging a 30 day sit-in. A doctor who was accompanying the protesters said that police, accompanied by men in plain clothes and armored police vehicles, were under the 6th of October bridge and initially fired teargas at the crowd. In videos posted online, Human Rights Watch also viewed a large group of civilians standing opposite pro-Morsy protestors, flanked by at least four armored police vehicles and personnel carriers, as well as Central Security Force officers.
During a press conference conducted at approximately 12:30 p.m. on July 27, Interior Minister Gen. Mohammed Ibrahim announced:
“.. . We never, as police, pointed any firearms at the chest of any demonstrator. ”
Over the past several years Human Rights Watch has documented the shooting of protesters with live ammunition and birdshot by the Central Security Forces, including during the uprising in January 2011, in November 2011 during the Mohamed Mahmoud protests which left 45 dead, and in January 2013 in Port Said which left 46 dead.

In the attack on Saturday, civilians joined police officers in firing live ammunition at the protesters.
Mr. Ibrahim, the interior minister, raised the prospect of a new threat to the Brotherhood, saying Saturday that he was reconstituting a state security agency that under Mr. Mubarak was responsible for monitoring Islamists and known for carrying out torture and forced disappearances. Without security agencies that have a political focus, Mr. Ibrahim said, “the security of the country doesn’t work.”
